The Sweattboxx trainers are outstanding with both adults and children. My boys are in the Kangoo Discovery kids program and they love it. When they first started they were very shy and a little timid. Suzette has brought them out of their shells! They are more confident and will speak up. They look forward to not only the workouts but the exposure to new experiences.
